The 360 team have been an integral part of our SA journey, from the very beginning Sam has been there to advise us and help organise and systemize our SA business. We are not fully managed so still have a lot to do ourselves, however as a Back Office solution the team are there to help out with all our bookings. We have regular calls to Martin who is our ‘OTA go to guy’ to check on any changes, updates and generally answer any questions we have relating to OTA’s and bookings. The cleaning team are amazing which in turn leads to great guest feedback. Sam can be a bit of a whirlwind but always delivers! He’s very knowledgeable, offers an exceptional service and is very approachable. We have been approached by others offering their services but we are more than happy with 360SAbackoffice.co.uk have no interest in changing teams. We would highly recommend the 360 team.
